TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GIVEAWAY

This Website Giveaway Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Cameron E. White (“Sponsor”) and the Winner of the Giveaway (“Winner”).

By entering and accepting the prize in the Website Giveaway (“Giveaway”), the Winner agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• Eligibility
  The Giveaway is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria outlined on https://cameronewhite.com/grow. The Giveaway is not open to employees or affiliates of Cameron E. White, Xelent Marketing Solutions, or their immediate family members. The winner must have a company with a registered EIN. The winners company must also be registered, active, and in good standing with the Secretary of State in their respective state
• Prize
  The Winner will receive:
  • One (1) professionally designed website hosted by Xelent Marketing Solutions, valued at $1,999.99.
  • This design includes a custom, responsive, and SEO-optimized website.
  • Hosting for a period of twelve (12) months, paid for by Cameron E. White.
• Optional Maintenance Service Fee
  • During and After the initial 12-month hosting period, the Winner has the option to continue monthly hosting, maintenance, edits, SEO optimization, and other support services through Xelent Marketing Solutions.
  • The monthly maintenance fee is the responsibility of the Winner if they choose to continue the optional service. This fee will be billed separately by Xelent Marketing Solutions.
  • If the Winner does not choose to continue with maintenance services, they will not be able to make edits to the site unless they purchase the maintenance subscription at a later time.
• Service Fees
  The monthly maintenance service fee is separate from the prize and will be billed directly by Xelent Marketing Solutions. It covers ongoing updates, edits, and optimizations. The Winner must agree to pay these fees if they choose to continue the service.
• Duration of Agreement
  • The design and hosting services provided by Xelent Marketing Solutions are valid for twelve (12) months, starting from the date the website is completed and launched. Must launch maximum 30 days after drawing.
  • After 12 months, the Winner may continue with the optional hosting service or the site will be deactivated by Xelent Marketing Solutions, and no further services will be provided unless the hosting service is purchased.
• Termination of Service
  • If the Winner fails to pay the monthly maintenance fee or chooses not to continue hosting services, the site will be deactivated and terminated at the end of the 12-month period.
  • The Winner understands that the site will be locked from making any edits unless they purchase the monthly maintenance service from Xelent Marketing Solutions.
• No Purchase Necessary
  No purchase is necessary to participate in the Giveaway. Participants must comply with all entry instructions and eligibility requirements listed on the Giveaway page.
• Winner Notification and Agreement Acceptance
  • Winners will be contacted via email from [email protected].
  • The Winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of notification. If the Winner fails to respond within this period, an alternate Winner will be chosen.
• Privacy
  • The winner is subject to all monetization of the website including but not limited to e-commerce transaction. Cameron E. White will not manage or control your website.
  • Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of notifying the Winner and providing the prize.
  • By entering, the Winner grants Cameron E. White and Xelent Marketing Solutions permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, without compensation, except where prohibited by law.
• Disclaimer
  By entering this Giveaway, the Winner acknowledges and agrees that the prize is non-transferable, has no monetary value, and is subject to availability. Cameron E. White and Xelent Marketing Solutions are not liable for any delays, loss, or damage resulting from the delivery or installation of the website.
• Limitation of Liability
  Cameron E. White and Xelent Marketing Solutions are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or liabilities related to the prize or the Winner’s use of the website.
• Governing Law
  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cameron E. White operates.
